Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

We do the best we can to stick to the schedule and complete appointments in a timely manner. We do ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to get checked in and into a room. Arriving late will unfortunately shorten your appointment time, and we may not be able to address everything. If you are running late, please call to ensure we have adequate time to see you!

For the safety of all animals in our care, staff members caring for them, and the owner's safety, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. 

No show/Pre pay Policy

Available appointment times are hard to come by. If you made an appointment for your pet and no longer need it, let us know so we can offer the spot to another patient. No showing appointments makes it difficult to quickly fill the appointment with someone who needs it. If there are two "no shows," we will ask that the owner prepay for the exam before it can be scheduled. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit *Subject to credit approval*, American Express, Apple Pay, cash, and personal checks.

 

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of your pet and other pets present in the clinic, we do require that you leash or crate your pet before coming inside. Not every pet is friendly or looking to make new friends while at the clinic. Please be mindful of your space and pets interacting. *We are located next to a busy highway, it is highly recommended to leash and/or crate pets in the parking lot as well*

Refill Request Policy

We really appreciate 24 hour notice for medication refills. Most times we can refill medications quickly but sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances. Staffing challenges, availability of meds, or emergencies can affect our ability to refill medications quickly. Please give us notice and don't wait until your pet is out of medication to call for a refill!
